Our Review Process

Before endorsing any candidate, Sportsmen’s PAC conducts extensive research. We review public statements, campaign materials, legislative history, voting record and other relevant information to determine whether a candidate will truly stand with sportsmen.

Words matter, but actions matter more.

Our Endorsement Standard

Sportsmen’s PAC will not endorse in every race. If both candidates are clearly pro-sportsmen, we may choose not to endorse rather than enter a race where there is no meaningful difference on our core issues.

The exception is when one candidate is an incumbent previously endorsed by Sportsmen’s PAC and has earned renewed support through action in office.

What Our Endorsement Means

A Sportsmen’s PAC endorsement means a candidate has demonstrated a real commitment to defending the freedoms, traditions, and way of life of America’s sportsmen.
